Talk to it. Watch it work. Check anything.

You talk to Penny like a teammate. You watch the work move across a board. And you can check exactly what happened, any time. Hand it over, then stop worrying about it.

01 · Chat

Talk to it like a teammate

Most days, chat is all you need: in the app, or straight from WhatsApp, email and Slack. If you can say it in a sentence, Penny can take it from there.

  • "Go through my inbox and organise it."
  • "Price this job from my list and get the quote ready."
  • "Chase every invoice more than two weeks overdue. Politely."
  • "What needs me today?"

Can you chase the Hendersons about the quote from last week?
Done. Sent a friendly nudge on WhatsApp. It's the third message in the thread, so I kept it short. I'll flag it if there's no reply by Thursday.
What's still open this week?
Three things: the Alvarez quote is waiting on your approval, invoice #241 is on its second nudge, and the Osei job is booked for Thursday 14:00. Nothing else needs you.

02 · Board

Watch the work move

A task board that keeps itself organised. Penny files new work as it arrives, moves things along, and marks the cards that need you. Open any card and see who did what, and when.

  • Say it or drag it. "Move the Alvarez quote to waiting" does the same as moving the card yourself.
  • Every card Penny places can answer "why is this here?" in one line.
  • Statuses, subtasks, due dates, tags: everything you'd expect. It just doesn't need you to keep it tidy.

Recurring asks

Schedule any sentence

Anything you'd ask once, you can put on repeat. Say it once and Penny keeps it going. You start with a small library, and a word changes any of them.

Morning brief"Every weekday at 7: triage the inbox, confirm today's jobs, brief me."
Invoice chase"Every Monday: chase anything more than two weeks overdue. Politely."
Enquiry sweep"Every evening at 6: make sure every new enquiry got an answer."
End-of-week summary"Friday at 5: what got done, what's waiting, what needs me Monday."

Fair questions

Asked, answered

"Will it embarrass me in front of a customer?"
No message leaves without your approval. That's built in, not a setting buried in preferences. You can loosen it channel by channel when you're ready. Until then, Penny drafts; you tap Approve.
"Is this another tool I have to learn?"
If you can send a WhatsApp message, you already know how to use Truepenny. The board keeps itself organised. That's Penny's job, not yours.
"How does it know my business?"
Because you tell it: ten minutes of questions, the modules you pick, and whatever you say along the way. Everything it knows is written down where you can read it. No guessing, no snooping.
"What happens when it gets something wrong?"
Anything that doesn't pass the check against your rules never goes out; Penny asks you instead. And everything sits on one permanent record, so you can always see exactly what happened and why.
