This site is a static marketing site. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and uses no fingerprinting. If we add analytics before launch, it will be cookie-light, aggregate-only, and this page will say so first.

The early list

If you join the early list we store the email address and business type you give us, and use them for exactly two things: telling you when it's your turn, and understanding which kinds of business are asking. We don't sell, share or enrich the list. Reply to any email, or ask us here, and we'll remove you.

The product

Truepenny (the product) keeps each business's data in its own record: separate from every other customer, exportable, never shared. The full product privacy policy, including data residency and retention detail, will be published with the beta and reviewed by counsel before this site takes a single customer conversation.
