One monthly plan. No surprises.

Credits
Credits are Penny's working time
Every job Penny does uses a little credit: a reply drafted, an inbox tidied, an invoice chased. Plans include more than most businesses use, and the meter stays in view, so you're never guessing.
- Priced for the relief, plain and simple.
- Never a surprise on credits. The meter is always visible, and modules show their cost before you add them.
- Soft landings, never silent cutoffs. If credits run out Penny pauses new work and says so; the board, approvals and the record stay fully open.
- Trust features are the product, not an upsell. Approvals and the record are never paywalled.
Money questions
Asked, answered
- What does it cost when I add modules?
- We show you before you add one, and the meter is always visible. No surprises. That's rather the point of us.
- What are credits, exactly?
- Think of credits as Penny's working time. Every job it does for you uses a little. Plans include more than a typical business needs, so most months you won't think about them, and top-ups are there for an unusual month.
- What happens if I run out?
- Penny pauses new work and tells you plainly. Nothing is deleted, nothing locks: the board, your approvals and the record stay fully open, and a top-up picks work back up where it stopped.
- Where does my data live?
- In your own business's record: kept separate from every other customer, and yours to export whenever you like.
