What happens if I run out?

Penny pauses new work and tells you plainly. Nothing is deleted, nothing locks: the board, your approvals and the record stay fully open, and a top-up picks work back up where it stopped.

Where does my data live?

In your own business's record: kept separate from every other customer, and yours to export whenever you like.
